Life Style Change Network (LSCN) is a network of certified Personal Trainers
with a mission to help others become more active in their own weight management.
We do this by offering:
LSCN is a total life style change program tailored for each individual. Requirements to be a participant are; (1) be committed to yourself, (2) be consistent in your exercise routine (minimum 3 x a week, 30-45 min.) (3) be true to yourself, and (3) love yourself enough to take the necessary steps to stay healthy.
MANDATORY Weight Management & Nutritional classes are offered monthly by Food and Nutrition experts to answer any questions you may have pertaining to your weight and nutrition and to keep you abreast of any updates in this area.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a life style change not a quick fix solution.
REMEMBER: It took more than a minute to put the weight on so know that it will take more than an hour to get it off.

One of the biggest stumbling blocks for anybody trying to improve their health, fitness or weight is the ability to stay motivated. The program will include a healthy mix of the following:
Weight Management and Nutritional Material and TipsOur standard one hour fee ranges from $100 - $150, billed in half hour increments. The session will be held two times per week on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
(Includes cost for travel to and from premises. No extra charge for equipment: resistance bands, free weights and stability balls if not provided)
The corporation may pay in full and receive a 10% discount or pay half at the beginning with the balance due in three weeks. Checks should be made payable to Totally You, LLC.
Cancellation Policy
The corporation should contact Totally You within 24 hours if the facility will be closed and/or unable to hold class. If Totally You cancels a class the corporation will receive two extra days at the end of the session. In the event of inclement weather, please call 410-336-9611 or 410-786-3229 as soon as possible to cancel. The corporation is responsible for the full amount agreed upon if the sessions with Totally You are terminated at any time.
Attendance
The Corporation will be responsible for all advertising and promoting of the class. Attendance will be kept for Totally You records only unless the corporation requests a copy.
